Muay Thai Training
Muay Thai came from Muay Boran, the classical Thaiboxing, which was developed over centuries on the battlefields of Siam and Burma. It uses eight different weapons: the hands, the legs the knees and the elbows.
Those core elements, in different execution and kombination, lead to the effectiveness of this martial arts. Increasing the constitution through various exercises, such as rope jumping, exercises, is an intergral part of the training.
